The "Sickies"

WE HAVE BEEN INVADED!!
The sickies are at our house and they WON'T LEAVE!!!
I walk in the house and it even "smells sick", you know what I mean? I feel horrible because I know I was the carrier this time - I gave it to Owen (and about 5 other people in the office...and their families...sorry!), who gave it to Jack, who gave it to Rod, who eventually gave it back to me!! =) And the thing with this strain of flu is that it seems that you are over it - you even feel good for a few days and then it strikes you from behind again! My poor baby Owen was doing GREAT and then he took a turn for the worse this morning and is back on the couch...moral of the story...stay away from us - we will give you the sickies!! =)
Needless to say - with all of us not doing so well - I have had NO desire to eat food and no energy to workout this week - it has been tough. But like I said this morning - Shawn and Amy at Flex Fitness have been GREAT encouragers - I am SO ready to get back in there and work out again - and get back on track!
