I'm Losing It!!!

Now you thought I was going crazy didn't you? Well, too late for that!! I am actually losing weight!!!!! Yeah!!! I like that much more than going crazy anyways! I have been with Flex Fitness for 9 weeks now, and this past week I said...NO MORE EATING BAD!! I buckled down, got my eating under control and lost weight!! I must have had it in my head that working out was enough. I could semi-eat right and I would still lose weight...unfortunately that was not the case. Now that I am firing on all cylinders, I feel great, I really do! It was nice to put my pants on and have them bag in the front - what a great feeling! They don't look good on - but hey, they're loose!! I am LOVING the workout plan this week - we are working our way up to fat liberation in the next few weeks - I am not sure what fat liberation is - but it sounds great!!!
It really is great motivation to keep going...and even though I have just been crazy tired lately, I am feeling great lately!
Hope you are doing well too! I have been making some killer recipes lately - I will pass them along to you soon. One of my favorites lately? Baking potato, cut into slices (like french fry size) I coat them with a little EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) some fresh garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder and seasonings....put them in the oven at 450 for about an hour and yumminess insues! I know it is not rocket science...but it goes great with some roast turkey breast and beans YUM!
