I'm so tired I could....

WOW - What a week!!
I have been EXTREMELY tired these last several days or so...I cannot imagine where I would be if I wasn't working out...
I have been trying to do too much recently and am currently paying for it!
And I don't know about you - but I get to a point where I am so tired that I get really negative! I look at my house, my ever-growing laundry pile and my long list of "to-do's" and I just feel like I am BURIED! I just want to crawl up and sleep for a week...or two!! =)
Yesterday was Valentine's Day...how was your's? I had a great day - I spent most of it with my little boys! We went to the movies and rode the carousel at the Rivertown Mall and then hit Coldstone Creamery...which I didn't eat any of thank you very much!! It was a great day!
My husband and I hit the gym for our big Valentine's Date...romantic I know!! We actually have a 4 day weekend trip coming up at the beginning of March when we will get some well deserved quality time but until then we have to just keep crossing off the days on the calendar!
Work has been crazy and I got an e-mail from a girlfriend that I was very close to in high school who let us know that her mother passed away over the weekend. That hit me much harder than I thought it would. I knew she was sick...but when people your age start to lose their parents...it puts life into perspective...
On the health front, I am starting to see results...yeah!!! I am really focused on my belly. I have always had a flat stomach and one of the reasons I decided to do this is because I had belly rolls and it made me really sad. I had always had bigger legs and fat arms but when my belly started to have rolls...well that was the last straw!! The lines are coming back to the stomach, I don't have that 'bloated" feeling all the time and I am starting feel a bit slimmer - I can even look in the mirror again...full length!! =)
Time for a nap...I can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!
